Psalm 40:10 KJV I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.
One of the reasons why God love David so much is because he is not concealer of the good deeds of God. Wherever he goes, he talks of how God saved him. How he out of all his brothers was singled out by God and made a King. He is always maximising every opportunity he has to share the good news.
So many people in recent times see me as someone who talks too much. Some even see me as someone who doesn’t have secrets. It’s not my fault. What the Lord has done for me is too much for me to conceal. I will be worse than an ingrate if I don’t talk about them.
Some find it difficult to share their salvation experience with people. They don’t want to share with people how God has been dealing with their bad habits. They don’t want to share so as not to be seen as someone who has been struggling with a particular sin and has their ego ripped off.
They don’t want to share their salvation experience with unbelievers because they think it’s so bad and demeaning to share.
It is also revealed in Genesis 18:17-19 that God doesn’t hide things from those who don’t conceal His deeds and revelation.
If you want to get more from God, share more with men.
Let us pray: Father, help me not to conceal your wonders.
