Every Challenge is an Opportunity to Create
Proverbs 24:10 KJV If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.
One of the practices of God is to push people out of their comfort zone. To make you leave the satisfaction in the valley life and then go a bit further by going up the mountain.
I learnt a lesson from my brother, some years back. He got a place in Somolu. Believe me, it wasn’t a place you could allow a friend pay you a visit. It was close to the sewage. To make matters worse. After defecating in a container, they come straight to my brother’s door to dispose. It was an unbelievable place for someone sane to live. But in less than three months, the story changed. You will never believe that it was the same place because of the beauty and transformation.
The lesson here is clear, see every challenge as an opportunity to be creative.
Don’t just avoid every challenge. Don’t pray for every mountain to move. Some are to be climbed and when you get to the top, you shout for victory. Jesus prayed that the cup be taken away but later prayed that God’s will be done. So take up that challenge and make a solution out of it.
Think of the solution to a problem rather than thinking of how to avoid it.
Let us pray: Father, help me to understand that I have the creative power to work out a solution to every challenge.
