Temporal Wonder

Proverbs 20:17 KJV Bread of deceit is sweet to a man; but afterwards his mouth shall be filled with gravel.

It is believed that true miracles are from God the Father of light with the confirmation of several lasting miracles in the Bible. But in this present time and age, we do not care about the source. All we want is result without questioning the source or the method used in deriving the solution.

Some who have waited for years on God for the fruit of the womb will dance to the altar with their Ishmael (a temporary laughter). Ignoring the Isaac (the lasting laughter promised by God).

Some will dance to the altar with the proceeds of the gain made from partial obedience like Saul. A tithe paid out of a job gotten from a authentic certificates but with a backdated age.

True miracles stands out from the crowd. It breaks all barriers, it’s against all odds and doesn’t add sorrows.

Isaiah known for his right stand with God declared, “Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion Isaiah 8:18 KJV.” He said it to reassure himself of the words of the Holy One of Israel who doesn’t lie.

He declared that he will wait in verse 17 and also asked whose face is right to seek in verse 19. Despite the mediums, witches and wizards who had been an alternative to Israelites.

Isaiah took his time to know His God. This is one of the challenges I have with this generation. A generation of educated fools. They are educated academically and are being tossed to and fro with enticing words.

Don’t leave the True Source of Miracle for a temporal wonder.

Act now: Retrace your steps back to God a lasting miracle.
