Law of Harvest
Galatians 6:7 KJV Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Everything created by God is perfect. Unlike softwares and apps with updates and versions reflecting advancement, His works are perfect. There is no need for updates and modification.
One of His perfect system is sowing and reaping. You can’t sow a kind of seed and reap another kind in return. It doesn’t matter how hard you pray to change this. It doesn’t matter how great your faith is. It doesn’t matter how good and convincing your intentions are. It’s a system that can’t be altered. Except if He wishes to manifest His awesomeness.
Over the years, I have come to understand that men relate with you in the same way you relate with them. You cannot be repulsive and expect to be warmly received? I tailored my mind towards this and got a massive result with awesome friends and accomplices.
You will reap more of what you spend a larger chunk of your time and resources on. I stopped listening to news at some point in my life because it made me fearful. Secular songs was another thing I stopped listening to because it altered my thoughts. Though I later learnt how to listen and filter them but I had to disconnect myself to help my soul. It wasn’t until I started listening to Christian songs that I got to know that the list is inexhaustible. My soul aligned better with consuming Kingdom resources. If you are a worship leader and have a long list of secular songs. Biko (please), do something about it and see the difference.
In my secondary school days in the late 90s. I spent more time on some trendy novels and magazines. It left seductive images in my brain and that was the beginning of masturbation and pornography. I became so addicted but was clever to never leave traces for people to know. I struggled with this for years till God delivered me in 2017. Though I stopped reading those books in the early 2000 but it’s fruit haunted me for years. I had to start engaging myself with Christian soul shifting books with the help of my sisters in the Lord (they are both married now). And the result is evident in my present Christian life.
Sow by the Spirit and reap by the Spirit.
Let us pray: Father, I submit to your Spirit.
